Let me answer a few questions I know you're asking, with
YES.
Yes, that's a mustache.
Yes, I had a hard time keeping a straight face whenever I made eye contact with someone.
Yes, it's gone now. I started out Movember thinking I could pull it off, but really it was just too itchy for me.
Yes, that's a mechanical pencil in my pocket.
Yes, I can raise just one eyebrow. Can you? Hint, it's
genetic. Only one of our four kids have the ability.
Quite possibly the most terrifying picture of all time. Inquiring minds want to know. Does that mechanical pencil reside in a pocket protector?
ReplyDeleteI pluck my moustache, I have a hard time looking people with moustaches in the eye, I also own a mechanical pencil (I have a few, they're all stored in my tin can turned pencil holder, pink), I too can raise one eyebrow...well both eyebrows, one at a time. We could be twins...
ReplyDeleteI can raise my left eyebrow... I'm quite the good Elvis impersonator too, but my lip can go up on BOTH sides - amazing.
ReplyDeleteMandy - i'm sorry you had to live with the stash, but I'm happy to hear it is gone now.
My man also decided to grow a 'stache. It isn't going so well and I too am gifted with the ability to raise one eyebrow. I had no idea that not everyone could do it until a year or two ago.
ReplyDeleteDon't you have 4 children?
ReplyDeleteI don't like facial hair but one time I decided I would not harass him about shaving. He made it two weeks and then he said, "I can't take it anymore, I have to shave."
ReplyDeleteMy bf wouldn't be able to grow a mustache to save his life, thankfully!! A couple of guys at work are growing one, and they are counting down the days til the end of Movember (cuz it's itchy).
ReplyDeleteYes you definately looked cheesy.
ReplyDeleteI honestly don't think its genetic (raising one eyebrow). I used to not be able to do it, but I trained myself.
