If you have ever wanted to get a a man's view on your project or post, I offer up this link party as a free service. Be advised that this is not your typical link party. Rather, I will review your posts through the clouded, uncouth lens of testosterone. I may not get it, and I may state as much.
Rules of Engagement:
- Link to a specific post.
- Be advised that this is not a bash party; please don't pile on each other.
- Link up actual projects. I can tell which projects were purposefully made tacky in order to earn the "I've been mocked" distinction. Usually.
If you're brave or have a lot of white space on your blog, grab the button below.
I'm so glad you did this! ha.
ReplyDeleteIf I had a project this week to link up, I definitely would. Can't wait to see your wrap-up.
Thanks for hosting! ;)
ReplyDeleteAwesome! I've been lovin' your blog! :) And your wife's blog! I can't wait to see what everyone links up! :)
ReplyDeleteOh, I've just started my blog and don't have my craft posts up yet, I sooo can't wait to link up next week :)!!! Especially after a few comments I've received from the hubs and my teenage boys!
ReplyDeleteYay so glad you did this, I loved the last one!
ReplyDeleteYou blog all the stuff my husband says to me, every eye roll, "what?" and "really?" that happen so often when he walks by the craft table.
ReplyDeleteA man's point of view! Perfect....I beg my hubby for his but only get "that's not something I would EVER buy"
ReplyDeleteHoping you can give me something better!
this is awesome
ReplyDeleteI am glad you are doing this and I hope you are doing one like this next week because I am helping my husband with a project a real man's craft.
ReplyDeletePretty sure you won't look at it twice, but it is the only y-chromosome centered thing I've made in a while!
ReplyDeleteMy husband will make me sleep on the couch for saying so, but he thinks your blog is awesome.
Just the thing I was looking for! Trevor! I am linking up a quilt I made for DH! It was a gift that was due since a long time - our anniversary, his birthday... But I decided not to wait for any occasion and give it to him without a reason, just to say I love him!
ReplyDeleteThis is great! Almost more fun than linking to your wife's blog! I can't wait to see if you have anything to say about my stuff! :)
ReplyDeleteMan up Link up. That is.. wait for it.. LEGEND-DARY! Bring it on! :D
ReplyDeleteEven though I love your sense of humor, I was a lil skeered to link up at first... until I remembered that this is hubby's project. Haha! So, go ahead, critique away! lol
ReplyDeleteI chose this project especially for you!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see how your brain comprehends these crafts and I can't wait to see the crafts themselves! Now people can't complain cause they should know what they're getting in to!
ReplyDeletehahaha - why the heck not, I already know what my husband thinks and he is an engineer too ;o)
ReplyDeleteI'd love to hear what you have to say about my crafts, and see if they're what my husband says about them too! Do we get extra credit if there are power tools involved?
ReplyDeleteI want to know if my hubby will like this quilt when I put it on our bed. 20 blocks of miscellaneous mixed 1.5 inch squares, bordered with purple fabric. Right now we have a very old lilac purple (light purple) and white quilt on the bed.
ReplyDeleteOh, this is gonna be good!
ReplyDeleteLove that you decided to just host your own. Everyone knows what they are getting into here. :) Should be fun!
